I have not received a booking confirmation or entrance voucher what should I do?
You can simply contact us by email so that we can send you it as soon as possible.
Are pets allowed in the campsite?
Yes, of course, we want you and your companions to have a good holiday, but they must be kept on a lead and their faeces picked up by you. We do not accept categorised dogs.
Is the campsite secure at night?
Yes, the gates are closed from 11pm to 7am. The campsite also has a 24-hour video surveillance system.
Can I pay by holiday voucher for the reservation?
Yes, you need to send them to us by mail.
What are the refund conditions in case of cancellation?
You can take out cancellation insurance when booking.
Is it possible to modify my reservation?
It all depends on your case, we let you refer to our general conditions of sale.
Do I need a deposit?
Yes, all rentals are subject to a deposit of 250€.
What documents do I need to provide upon arrival?
Any document proving your identity (passport, identity card, etc.)
Is the campsite VACAF approved?
Yes, please send us your request by email (surname, first name, beneficiary number, department, dates of stay, type of rental and number of adults and children).
Accommodation
Are sheets and towels included in the accommodation?
No, you can subscribe to the Flower Travel pack when you make your booking.
Is wifi free? What areas are covered?
Yes, wifi is free in coverage areas such as the reception, snack bar and main sanitary facilities (pitches and rentals not covered).
Can I add a tent next to a mobile home?
For reasons of comfort, only a few rentals allow this.
Is the mobile home equipped with an umbrella?
Yes, you can enjoy the terrace while being protected from the sun
Do you have accommodation adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, a 2-bedroom mobile home is available and offers all the comforts for people with reduced mobility.
Is there a TV in the mobile homes?
Yes, all our accommodation is equipped with televisions (except Lodges Marquises and Abricyclos).
Aquatic areas
Are food and drinks allowed in the aquatic area?
No, for reasons of hygiene the consumption of drinks and food is prohibited in the pool.
Is a speedo compulsory at the pool?
The speedo is mandatory, any other swimwear is prohibited. In case of non-compliance, you will not be able to access the swimming pool.
Are there qualified lifeguards around the pools?
No, children are under the responsibility of their parents.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, to ensure comfort throughout the season, the pool is heated.
Is the swimming pool accessible to visitors to the campsite?
No.
Are pets allowed in the pool area?
No.
Animations
What are the start and end times of the animations?
All activities will end at 11pm for the well-being of all.
Are all the events open to the public without booking?
Please consult the program on the Flower app to see how to access.
From what age are children allowed to the animations?
The kids’ club is accessible from 5 years old.
When do the animations start in the season?
The activities begin with the summer school holidays.
Should I book theme evenings?
Reservations are advised.
How can I get the calendar or schedule of animations?
The Flower app will inform you throughout your stay.
Surroundings
How far is the campsite from the banks of the Loire?
The banks of the Loire are located 20 metres from the campsite’s gates.
Is swimming permitted?
Swimming in the Loire is strictly forbidden, but you can relax on the banks of the river.
Are excursions available from the campsite?
You can canoe, walk or cycle from the campsite.
Is the campsite located near the city centre?
You will be 15 minutes walk from the city center of Sully sur Loire and all its amenities by crossing the footbridge.
Are there any events on the banks of the Loire?
The city of Sully organizes in July and early August the animations Sully Plage.
Where are the bike paths?
The Loire à Vélo and the cycle paths are located on the edge of the campsite, you can take the gates to reach them.
Where is the nearest tourist office?
The tourist office of Sully sur Loire will welcome you and inform you about all the activities to do in the area.
Can you walk to a supermarket?
A supermarket and a mini-market in Sully sur Loire is 1.8 km away.
Is the campsite served by public transport?
Yes.

Can we rent bikes on the campsite?
Yes, we offer mountain bike rental. Do not hesitate to book them in advance.
What are the snack bar’s opening times?
The container is open for dinner in high season during July and August.
